Job Description

Mega Lifesciences is looking for an

Asst. Manager - Quality Assurance (QA)

to work closely with

General Manager - Quality Assurance

in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary

Conduct thorough audits of API and FP manufacturing facilities
Evaluate suppliers for compliance with cGMP
Develop and execute the FP supplier audit calendar, analyze observation trends for Mega products, and evaluate suppliers based on Megas quality policy and guidelines.
Coordinate and compile Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) for Megas portfolio
Review APQRs in alignment with Megas QMS system
Preparation of risk assessment
Provide documentation review and support during technology transfer activities
Actively contribute in a supportive role within cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions between manufacturing sites or processes

Qualification Experience

Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Pharmacy
Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Plant Quality Assurance or Corporate Quality Control or Corporate Quality Assurance
Well versed with related International guidelines

Skill Knowledge

- The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both written and spoken English, a strong background in pharmaceutical quality assurance (QA), and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
