Asst . Manager (QC)

Location - Udaipur

The Assistant Manager – QC will be responsible for managing product quality through systematic complaint handling, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and ensuring effective QC inspection processes. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• 
  Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and customer communication.
• 
  Supervise QC inspections for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• 
  Review and approve inspection reports, ensuring compliance with SOPs & standards.
• 
  Maintain proper records of complaints, inspections, and CAPA actions.
• 
  Monitor calibration/maintenance of QC instruments.
• 
  Analyze complaint and inspection trends to drive continuous improvement.
• 
  Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal quality reviews.
• 
  Train and guide QC team members in complaint handling & inspection processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 
  B.Tech (Electrical/ Electronics /Mechanical)
• 
  3–5 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, with at least 2–3 years in complaint handling & QC inspection.
• 
  Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, Six Sigma, or related quality systems.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience.
• 
  Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• 
  Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/QMS software preferred.
• 
  Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally
