Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across AP, AR, billing, collections, and doctor payouts.
- Ensure adherence to
SLA and KPI targets
for accuracy, timeliness, and service quality. - Support profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities as part of FP&A support.
- Review reconciliations, reports, and dashboards prepared by the team to ensure accuracy.
- Handle doctor payout-related queries and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring AR, collections, and cash flow reporting; escalate issues proactively.
- Participate in month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide a small team of executives/associates to ensure quality delivery.
- Provide support for client reviews, audits, and governance meetings with required reports and analysis.
- Engage effectively with
multilingual stakeholders (doctors, hospital teams, vendors)
across regions.
What It Takes to Excel in the Role
- Strong operational focus with attention to accuracy, timelines, and SLA/KPI adherence.
- Working knowledge of AR, AP, billing, and payout processes in a shared services setup.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights for decision support.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 5 8 years of experience in finance operations/shared services, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Exposure to AR, AP, and doctor/physician payout processes.
- Experience working in SLA/KPI-driven service delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi mandatory; knowledge of additional Indian languages preferred).
