Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage backend operations for Ecommerce order processing and to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency. Maintain high standards of customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational outcomes. Monitor and analyse key operational metrics using Excel and other analytical tools. Ensure accurate record-keeping and financial oversight, working closely with the accounts team. Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce order processing operations management, accounts, and CRM tools. Good understanding of Accounting and Tally., Proficiency in Excel and Analytics for data tracking and insights. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
