Job Description

KPI

Act as SPOC for all marketing and brand-related requirements of Writer Relocations and Writer Payments, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing strategy.
Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen positioning, visibility, and differentiation in the market for both business units.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, BTL), driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with business unit leadership to understand objectives and craft marketing initiatives that support commercial goals.
Drive content strategy and development across all formatspresentations, brochures, videos, case studies, social media, and web.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to derive insights and optimise marketing effectiveness.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications, safeguarding visual identity and tone of voice.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns, manage deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
Manage budgets and timelines for business-unit marketing projects, ensuring high-impact outcomes within scope.
Track, measure, and report performance of campaigns using marketing analytics tools; refine strategy based on insights.

Experiences :

7-8 years of experience in Branding & Marketing from Relocations ( Logistics / Logistics Tech ) Industry.
