Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits, your primary role will be to assist in developing a unified C&B strategy for all Business Units. This would involve studying external market trends and conducting benchmarking to evaluate the peer industry group. Your responsibilities will include initiating an annual compensation benchmarking study across job levels, establishing effective communication channels with external agencies for market data, and implementing, administering, and communicating compensation decisions. Additionally, you will need to have a fair understanding of compensation and benefits compliance, legislations, and structures. Experience in managing compensation projects during mergers and acquisitions would be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a single C&B strategy for all Business Units - Study external market trends and conduct benchmarking - Liaise with external agencies for market data - Initiate annual compensation benchmarking study across job levels - Implement, administer, and communicate compensation decisions - Ensure compliance with compensation & benefits laws and regulations - Manage compensation projects during mergers and acquisitions - Design, evaluate, and modify compensation benefits policies - Provide compensation analytics to support management decision-making - Oversee the compensation Information system and ensure effective implementation Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits role - MBA or MSW specialized in Human Resources from a reputed institute or university - Knowledge of IT/Computers-Software industry - Expertise in C&B, Compensation & Benefits Please note that the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Augustainfotech requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
