Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with hotels, ensuring all contracts are finalized and executed. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers and suppliers. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize contracting strategies. Developing and implementing strategies to maximize yield and revenue from hotel partnerships will also be a key part of your role. Ensuring accurate and timely loading of contracts into the reservation system, collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams, monitoring contract performance metrics, and conducting regular market visits and supplier meetings are also expected from you. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in negotiation and contract management in the hospitality industry - Strong relationship-building skills - Analytical mindset for market analysis and revenue optimization - Collaboration with cross-functional teams - Ability to monitor performance metrics effectively Please note that this is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.,
