Key Responsibilities: Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with hotels, ensuring all contracts are finalized and executed. Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel managers and suppliers. Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize contracting strategies. Revenue Optimization: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize yield and revenue from hotel partnerships. Contract Loading and Maintenance: Ensuring accurate and timely loading of contracts into the reservation system. Collaboration: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to align contracting strategies with business goals. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring contract performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed. Travel and Meetings: Conducting regular market visits and supplier meetings.
