Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge and understanding in design and principle of bioreactor and fermenter both SS and Single use.
Knowledge and understanding of principle of tangential filtration flow systems.
Knowledge and understanding of chromatography systems and columns of varying principles.
Cycle development for cleaning validation cycle and sterilization.
Estimation of clean utilities and black utilities required for process.
Designing bio-kill systems or decontamination systems for process waste.
Knowledge of ASME BPE, ISPE and current guidelines on regulatory practices
Sizing of equipment as per process requirement.
Knowledge of upstream and downstream processes
Preparing the technical documents like specifications, data sheets, validation documents etc.
Capturing technical aspects from the clients and conceptualizing with design team
Customer coordination, handling customer visits & meetings
Coordination with other departments to achieve the target schedule

Desired profile of the candidate

Knowledge of Biotech engineering / Biochemical unit operations/ Bio processes
Knowledge of Biological plant design
knowledge of AutoCAD (Not compulsory)
Knowledge of Biotech manufacturing (Preferred)
