Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Business Development. The role is located in Ernakulam. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve business growth. The role also includes negotiating contracts, attending industry events, and preparing proposals and presentations to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the shipping /logistics /freight forwarding industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
