Designation: Asst. Manager Audit & Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities:

ISO Implementation & Documentation

Drive ISO 9001:2015 documentation, process mapping, and implementation across all departments.
Lead ISO 27001:2022 documentation, control implementation, and audit readiness.
Maintain SOPs, policies, manuals, and compliance records as per standards.

Internal & External Audits

Prepare Internal Audit (IA) schedules for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Conduct internal audits and publish timely IA reports.
Coordinate with external auditors for certification and surveillance audits.
Track NCRs/observations and ensure closure with relevant stakeholders.

Compliance Monitoring

Conduct periodic compliance checks and identify process gaps.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions.
Support management review meetings with updated compliance dashboards.

Training & Awareness

Deliver ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 awareness and refresher trainings.
Conduct Lean, 5S, and general compliance awareness sessions for employees.
Promote organization-wide culture of quality and information security.
