Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Assistant General Manager Sales to manage and expand our sales operations in Solapur. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of regional markets, team management, and customer acquisition strategies, with a proven history of consistently delivering strong results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a high-performing regional sales team to achieve set targets. Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand the customer base. Mentor and guide Sales Managers to enhance their performance and skill sets. Coordinate with marketing, product, and service departments to ensure seamless execution. Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership. Ensure adherence to pricing strategies, credit controls, and company policies. Develop long-term client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years as a Sales Manager. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies. Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools.
