·        Stay abreast of current industry trends, technological advancements, and innovations in interior design through continuous learning and professional development.

·        Contribute to departmental activities, committees, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the Interior Design program.

·        Collaborate with faculty members, industry professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate cross-disciplinary learning experiences and projects.

·        Foster connections with industry partners to create opportunities for internships, collaborations, or real-world design projects for students.

Desired Skills and knowledge:

·        Demonstrated expertise and professional experience in interior design, showcased through a strong portfolio of design projects or industry experience.

·        Previous teaching experience at the university level or relevant experience conducting workshops, seminars, or training sessions in interior design.

·        Proficiency in design software/tools commonly used in interior design, such as CAD software, BIM applications, and other relevant design tools.

·        Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey design concepts, methodologies, and industry practices to inspire and motivate students.
