Roles and Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through chat and written communication channels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and process improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English language.
* CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is an added advantage.
