Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Provide exceptional customer support through chat and written communication channels.
  • * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and process improvement.
  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
  • * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English language.
  • * CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is an added advantage.
