*About the Role* We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Post-Sales Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about travel, client servicing, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel experiences for our clients. As a part of our Operations team, you’ll play a key role in handling pre-arrival and post-booking activities — ensuring our travelers have everything they need before they begin their journey. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in hotel check-ins and coordinate with partner properties. 2. Handle airline check-in formalities and prepare travel documents. 3. Share boarding passes and travel information with clients promptly. 4.Support the operations team in pre-arrival processes and ensure seamless communication with customers. 5.Maintain accurate records and assist with daily operational tasks. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) from a recognized institution. (Open University students are welcome to apply.) 2. Strong communication and coordination skills. 3. Excellent attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5.
