Associate Web Development Support Specialists will be responsible for setting up site configurations and features, including but not limited to pages, widgets, menus, and content blocks required for web developers to begin work. Additionally, will collaborate with the QA team to track changes to investor relations websites, analyze them, and provide suggestions on how to make them better so that they meet established standards for quality. Essential Duties: Involve in setting up the CMS system and ensuring it’s appropriately configured. Build and combine all the currently used menus, custom global blocks, and landing page blocks. Create and update the block and content layouts for the IR main page. Coordinate with the developer to get further information on how the menus, widgets, and blocks should be configured. Conduct functional web QA and accessibility testing before delivering to clients and post-launch (50%). Collaborate with web developers and client onboarding to identify, document, and fix errors and bugs. Review task specifications, checklists, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Monitor and manage team queues to ensure timely delivery of requests. Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course. Graduation mandatory. At least 3+ years of hands-on QA experience. Knowledge of website functionality testing and usability across web browsers and mobile devices. Experience in HTML coding and content management system. Familiarity with project/issue management tools and other web technologies like Jira, Salesforce, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent project management skills and a proven history of consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition, detail oriented, and can work independently or in a team environment. Able to communicate clearly for technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for the industry and ability to stay current on the latest topics and trends. Knowledgeable about software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Able and willing to work in shifting schedules (including night shift) This role will be based out of the Nagercoil Office located at B1 Swami - Rajam Complex, 11/1/287, Avvai Shanmughi Salai, Ozhuginasery, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu – 629001, India. Hybrid: Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
