Associate VP, Investment Advisory

We’re looking for an Associate Vice President – Investment Advisory to join our leadership team in Hyderabad. This role offers the perfect blend of client leadership, research, and team management — with the advantage of working directly with the CEO and engaging with some of India’s most influential HNI & UHNI clients.

What You'll Do:

• Strengthen and manage relationships with HNI & UHNI clients
• Conduct regular client reviews to align with financial goals & preferences
• Track investment performance and engage in fund manager discussions

Responsibilities:

Pillar 1: Business Growth:  

• Develop and implement referrals from clients.

 • Expand service offerings to clients

 • Increase the AUM from existing clients. 

Pillar 2 : Client Management:

 • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with  clients.

 • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their 

financial needs, goals, and preferences.

 • Address client enquiries and concerns promptly. 

• Suggest customised investment options. 

Pillar 3 : Research:

 • Track the performance of invested funds. Conduct in-depth 

research of certain investment products on a quarterly basis.

 • Attend fund manager calls to reconcile internal research with 

their opinions and understand the framework.

 Pillar 4 : Leadership:

 • Manage a team of financial professionals, offering guidance 

and support.

 • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share 

updates, and address challenges

What we're looking for:

• Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) or related field
• CAs with experience working in the Big 4
• Experience in Strategy Consulting or 3+ years of relevant advisory experience
• CFP pursuing, CFA or NISM Investment Advisory – A & B certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

CTC: 15–20 LPA (excluding bonus & incentives), depending on experience and qualifications.

Bond: 2 years
