Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Vice President to lead our Transaction Diligence team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Analyze historic and current financial information to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction diligence efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with transactions. Provide expert advice on transaction structuring and valuation methods. Manage and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background and 5-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Proven experience in due diligence, preferably within an M&A team or Big 3 CA firm. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong understanding of business performance metrics, including margins and EBITDA. Experience working with large datasets and financial systems.
