Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Vice President to lead our Transaction Diligence team in Mumbai, Kolkata, or Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in transaction diligence, assurance, tax, strategy, and consulting services. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead the execution of client services and build independent relationships with clients. Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals, and build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally. Plan and manage assignments, ensuring compliance with risk management strategies and commercial requirements. Identify deal issues, assess their impact on transactions, and advise on solutions. Develop and implement effective transaction structures, leveraging strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and drive business growth. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant with a good academic background and 5-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of transaction structure, financial statements, and business performance measures. Excellent written and oral communication skills, project management, and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze historic and current financial information and projections. Experience in due diligence as part of an M&A team or in audit and assurance practice is preferred.
