Associate Vice President, Plant Management

Description:

Responsible to look after overall plant activities i.e. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Control, Strategic Planning and Management, Production Management, Financial Management, Human Resources and Team Management, Health and Safety, Process Improvement

Essential Functions:

• To monitor operations of Sterile Manufacturing, Material Management and Maintenance for SEZ, Pipan and Palli Site Ahmadabad as per cGMP System.
• To ensure that the Amneal Injectable manufacturing plants located at SEZ, Pipan and Palli Site at Ahmadabad remains in continuous compliance & qualified state
• To review and approve resources based on the proposal and monitoring of projects.
• To keep President – Amneal India updated for operation activities and implement improvement plan.
• To review and ensure mission and policies of organization are in line with global Amneal standards
• To plan and allocate responsibilities / resources for execution to different functional head(s) for all new projects of Amneal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Limited, SEZ, Pipan and Palli Site Ahmadabad.
• To review and approve budget for head count(s) and organogram for injectable unit(s) of Amneal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Limited, SEZ, Pipan and Palli Site Ahmadabad.
• To review plant productivity and efficiency are as per set norms.
To strengthen the cGMP, QMS procedures and systems in Amneal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Limited.

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B. Pharm - Required
• Master Degree (MS/MA) M. Sc. - Preferred
• Master Degree (MS/MA) M. Pharm - Preferred

• Other in 18 - 22 Yrs
