Job Description

Role & responsibilities The role incumbent is responsible for effective execution of strategy for new business development & retention of the existing business through MAP function. She/he will act as an organizational interface with the customers to ensure seamless business. She/he will be responsible for opportunity mapping of the existing large customer for avenues for cross selling & up skilling Preferred candidate profile Advanced level of Knowledge on all General Insurance aspects Technical knowledge in Underwriting & claims. Emotional intelligence & diplomacy is required for dealing with clients of different temperaments Communication skills Analytical ability for market / business understanding, data interpretation, potential customers Networking skills to manage customers (internal as well as external) Observable people skills to engage with stakeholders (internal as well as external) for enhanced productivity Perks and benefits Performance based annual bonus
