Role Overview

Associate Vice President Industrial & Warehousing Leasing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies for companys industrial and warehousing portfolio across multiple locations.
• Drive business development by identifying and engaging with potential occupiers (3PLs, e-commerce, FMCG, auto, manufacturing, and logistics companies).
• Manage end-to-end leasing cycle including client acquisition, negotiations, term sheet finalization, and closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Design, Projects, Legal, and Finance teams) to ensure smooth transaction execution and handover.
• Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and emerging demand hubs to guide asset planning and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IPCs, tenant representatives, and key decision-makers in occupier organizations.
• Support leadership in building the company’s Industrial brand presence through participation in industry events, forums, and client presentations.
• Ensure portfolio health through tenant retention initiatives and proactive engagement with existing occupiers.
• Drive MIS reporting, leasing dashboards, and performance metrics for internal reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  10–15 years of relevant experience in industrial, logistics, or warehousing leasing.

• Education:

  MBA / Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

• Industry Exposure:

  Deep understanding of the warehousing and industrial real estate ecosystem, including occupier requirements, lease structures, and market dynamics.

• Skills & Attributes:

• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Established relationships with key occupiers and IPCs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
