Associate || Vaccine

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving the assigned territory/geography wise sales target. You will carry out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision and report field work on a daily basis using the assigned online system. It will be essential for you to meet Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage Norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, promoting the Division's products as per the strategy, and building relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists. You will also be involved in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good brand ambassador for the company. Minimum Education: - BSc/B. Pharma. Experience/Training Required: - 2+ years of experience. Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. - Candidates with prior/current experience in the same therapy area will be preferred. - Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage. - Fluency and confidence in communication are essential for this role.
