Associate Trainee- Sales & Services

As an Associate Trainee - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves engaging with customers in a welcoming manner to understand their requirements. You will showcase products to influence their buying decisions, learn sales procedures, and acquire product knowledge. It is essential to be punctual, follow the company's code of conduct, and observe and emulate sales representatives to meet set targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and receive customers warmly, understand their needs, and showcase products effectively. - Learn sales procedures, acquire product knowledge, and emulate successful sales management processes. - Assist Sales executives to achieve continuous improvement and meet sales targets. - Handle sales returns, repairs, and prepare estimates for selected products. - Assist in stock counting, record daily stock movements, and ensure careful handling of ornaments. - Support visual merchandising activities to maintain product display quality. - Learn marketing techniques, support event management, and assist in below-the-line marketing. - Ensure on-the-job training in various sections and demonstrate integrity and honesty at all times. - Adhere to standard operating procedures, seek self-development opportunities, and identify training needs. - Follow grooming standards, participate in training activities, and complete mandatory programs/certifications.
