Associate Trainee- Guest Relations

You will be responsible for various tasks related to customer relations, sales support, and maintaining store ambience at Malabar Gold & Diamonds. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing customer profiles, understanding their requirements, and showcasing products that meet their needs - Providing estimates to customers, offering discounts within limits, and obtaining approval for further discounts - Greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and directing them to the right person/section - Assisting customers during jewellery trials to enhance their experience - Monitoring and recording customer data accurately - Setting up and maintaining visual merchandising displays as per guidelines - Managing store ambience and adhering to VM guidelines - Calling up customers and leads for events and campaigns - Supporting event management activities during store launch and product exhibitions - Guiding customers to the waiting area, keeping them engaged, and supplying refreshments - Adhering to standard operating procedures and analyzing customer satisfaction trends - Actively seeking self-development opportunities and completing mandatory training programs/certifications - Ensuring adherence to timelines for performance appraisal and identifying training needs Qualifications required for this role include graduation or HSC, with an age range of 21-30 years.
