Associate Trainee

As an Associate Trainee (NON-TECHNICAL) at WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P., your role involves consulting with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, offering, negotiating, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions. Additionally, you will self-screen the resumes of consultants to understand their profiles before marketing them. Your regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants will involve identifying their needs and placing them on projects promptly. It will be essential to create a vast network of contacts with Prime Vendors, Account Managers, and Client Hiring Managers. Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing and maintaining/growing business from existing and new client relationships to supplement marketing capabilities are also part of your responsibilities.
