Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers in Hindi and English.
  • Promote products/services by clearly communicating benefits and features.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Use Google Sheets and Excel to track and analyze sales data.
  • Prepare and publish weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent selling and convincing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Experience in preparing and publishing reports.
