Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to existing customers in Hindi and English. Promote products/services by clearly communicating benefits and features. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Meet and exceed targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Use Google Sheets and Excel to track and analyze sales data. Prepare and publish weekly reports. Requirements: Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written). Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field. Excellent selling and convincing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. Experience in preparing and publishing reports.
