Job Description

MER TELECALLER- JOB DESCRIPTION Here is the KRA'S required for the same:- 1. Daily followup on the callbacks and pending cases and align for the maximum attempts for smooth conversion of cases. 2. Initiate outbound calls to the customers for checking their availability for tele and video medical verification and assign the cases to the doctors. 3. Ensure callbacks are arranged as per the scheduled time. 4. Initiate feedback calling to the customers and maintain the data as per the requirement from client side. 5. Work in Roster shifts as per the process requirement ( 9 TO 6, 10 TO 7, 11 TO 8 ) 6. Track the assigned cases and follow up on those cases for smooth conversion 7. Work on Language preference cases and assign them to the particular doctor. Maintain the quality of the calls and be flexible for other work assigned by the management.
