About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to reach out to students, provide information about our services/courses, and schedule appointments with our counsellors. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage with students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and explain the company’s offerings.
• Counsel students on basic details and guide them to connect with senior counsellors.
• Schedule meetings/appointments between students and counsellors.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the system.
• Ensure high conversion of calls into scheduled meetings.
• Handle queries politely and professionally.
• Follow up with students to confirm attendance for scheduled meetings.
