Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our financial products and services
  • Gather relevant information from clients and update the database using MS-Excel
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for our financial advisors
  • Address any client queries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals
  • Provide feedback on client interactions to improve our services and processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better assist clients in making informed financial decisions
