Job Description

As an Associate Technical Support Consultant at Veradigm in Pune, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers through live calls, email, and chat to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving customer questions or problems related to system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, and Chat to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues - Diagnose and resolve customer questions or problems related to system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements - Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues - Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems - Communicate with product management to improve current design or identify possible design issues - Provide day-to-day support via internal ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance and prioritization of tickets - Open to work in 24x7 rotational shifts Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Troubleshooting experience - Basic knowledge of Windows Administration - Understanding of hosting environments - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong team player; collaborates well with others in multiple time zones; ability to share knowledge with team members - Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work As a preference, knowledge and experience in healthcare or international helpdesk/call center experience would be beneficial.
