Job Description

Looking for Immediate joiners and should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills in English as we are hiring for semi voice process.
The role involves assisting customers via calls, chats, and emails, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth support experience.
It will be 6 months contractual role.
Shift Timings & Off
: Any 5-day work in a week with rotational night shift & rotational offs.
Additional Information:
Work from office - Two-way cab facility available upto 20km radius from office based on the shift timings.
