Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and maintain IP PBX systems using Avaya or Cisco VoIP technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to voice communication networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new services into existing infrastructure.
Provide technical support for customers on IP telephony solutions.

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of Avaya or Cisco VoIP technologies (PBX).
Experience with IP telephony protocols such as SIP, H.323, etc.
