Associate - Supply Chain

Role Overview: As an Associate - Supply Chain at our company, your main responsibility will be to handle all logistics-related activities efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in processing logistics between our logistics partners, vendors, and customers, both in forward (FWD) and returns (RTO) processes. Your role will include monitoring product movement, tracking shipments, maintaining vendor inventory levels, developing reports, and negotiating logistics rates to improve the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and oversee the entire process of product movement - Track shipments across different channels - Maintain and administer vendor inventory levels - Develop reports, schedule stock-taking, and conduct stock audits - Assist in planning and maintaining logistics policies and procedures - Negotiate logistics rates with partnering logistics companies and vendors to enhance the supply chain - Keep accurate records of all logistics transactions - Resolve transportation and logistics-related problems - Analyze corporate logistics to identify cost-effective transportation methods - Communicate transport or logistics cost updates to customers or suppliers - Evaluate and process customer claims - Communicate shipment updates with customers and vendors Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer care abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team - Good analytical and prioritization skills - Excellent time management skills - Proactive approach in handling customer requests or complaints - Proficiency in MS Office and other IT skills - A degree in any social science or management field is preferred - Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous - Additional professional certifications will be a plus (Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.),
