Hairdresser (1 Post):

Requirements:

• Graduate (1-2 years of experience preferred)


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Fluency in English and
  
  Hindi/Regional language is a must)
  


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with alumni
  
  from diverse backgrounds
  


• Event planning and coordination experience is a plus


• Familiarity with databases for tracking alumni engagement is preferred


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Roles and Responsibilities:

Alumni Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Implement strategies to engage and connect with the organization s alumni network
  
  in the respective region.
  


• Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to foster strong
  
  relationships within the alumni community
  


• Manage regular communication with alumni, ensuring they are updated on the
  
  organization s activities, opportunities, and events
  


• Create and maintain an alumni database, tracking participation and engagement levels
  
  Facilitate mentorship opportunities, connecting alumni with current students for career
  


• Design and execute alumni engagement campaigns to keep alumni involved and
  
  invested in the organization s mission
  

Stakeholder Management and Partnerships:

• Work closely with alumni to identify potential opportunities for collaboration, including
  
  mentorship, and resource sharing
  


• Regularly connect with alumni to gather feedback, success stories, and testimonials that
  
  can be shared with internal teams and external stakeholders
  


• Collaborate with the industry and partnerships teams to explore alumni-driven initiatives,
  
  such as donations or volunteer opportunities
  


• Build and manage partnerships with alumni who can advocate for the organization and
  
  contribute to the community in various capacities
  

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan and coordinate alumni events, workshops, and webinars that offer professional
  
  development, networking, and career growth opportunities for alumni
  


• Assist in organizing key alumni-related events, both in-person and virtual, ensuring
  
  smooth execution and strong alumni participation
  

Quality and Impact Measurement:

• Monitor and evaluate alumni engagement programs, tracking participation, satisfaction,
  
  and outcomes
  


• Collect qualitative and quantitative data on the impact of alumni involvement, using this
  
  information to improve future engagement strategies
  


• Report on alumni engagement outcomes and share insights with the senior team to
  
  ensure continuous improvement
