Associate, SRE Application Support, Consumer Banking Group Technology

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

Responsibilities

• Must have experience in 24/7 production support team (L1, L2) in Banking domain or credit card domain
  Awareness in Software Development Life Cycle knowledge(SDLC) on Agile methodology
• Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks for the bank
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations
• Monitor and resolve production issues based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Proactively identify and address potential problems to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree
• 4-6 years of experience in application support, batch support, and handling tickets in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to monitoring and resolving production issues
• Candidate should have experience in Linux
• Should be good in observability and monitoring.
