Associate / Sr. Associate - Operations

As a Back Office Process Associate at WNS Global Services Inc., you will be responsible for handling non-voice processes and providing solutions to customers in industries such as Travel, Insurance, and Banking. Your role will involve catering to clients" needs and ensuring operational excellence in the services provided. Key Responsibilities: - Handle back office processes for clients in various industries - Provide solutions to customers in non-voice processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery - Maintain a high standard of quality in customer interactions - Utilize system knowledge to navigate various computer applications Qualifications Required: - Non-technical graduates are eligible for this role - Freshers or candidates with 1 year or more experience in BPO, particularly in Travel, Insurance, Utilities, or Customer Support domains, are preferred - Proficiency in basic computer knowledge including Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, basic internet, and web-based applications is required - Good to excellent English language proficiency is essential for effective communication with clients Please note that experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Associate roles within the organization.
