Associate/ Sr. Associate - Client Engagement

Role Overview: You will be stepping into the role of an Associate/Sr. Associate - Client Engagement at Goodera, a leading employee volunteering platform with a global presence. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients by developing relationships, proposing new programs, and ensuring high satisfaction levels to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Client Engagement Manager in managing client communications, proposals, and project updates. - Communicate with clients to understand their volunteering needs, build strong relationships, and ensure expectations are met. - Assist in organizing client engagement activities such as business reviews, workshops, and presentations. - Take ownership of client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Aim to meet and exceed revenue growth targets for assigned accounts within your pod. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve client project goals and objectives. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. - Up to 4 years of experience in project management and client relationship building, preferably in a consulting environment (experience in Social Impact Consulting is a bonus). - Strong passion for social impact and the ability to drive purpose-led engagement within the workforce. - Excellent analytical skills and the capability to articulate ideas clearly through written and verbal communication. - Demonstrated bias for action, high energy, perseverance, and collaborative behavior to contribute to team and organizational success. - Strong work ethic and the capacity to work independently towards set goals.,
