Job Description

What youll do on a typical day:

  • As an associate you will be responsible for majorly working on the corrections queues that you are assigned to.
  • Ensure that the requests are completed within the set SLA.
  • Understand the billing process and updates impacting corrections.
  • Liaison with the onshore partner and work on any adhoc requests impacting revenue regularly.
  • Work on disputes resolution.
  • Timely response to the queries from customers on disputes accounts.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Ability to work flexible hours depending on the process requirements
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance or Commerce
  • 0 to 3 years related experience within the logistics or transportation domain (compulsory) within Order to Cash (OTC) primarily in Billing
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Writes clearly and informatively. Edits work for spelling and grammar.
  • Beginners level understanding of Windows applications.
  • Should be able to perform duties independently
