Associate Software Engineer

The intern/trainee will undergo a 6-month probationary period during which they will be responsible for comprehending the functionalities and workflows of the hospital software system. They will assist in software testing, data entry, troubleshooting basic issues, and supporting end-users with software usage under supervision. The role requires learning the hospital's IT infrastructure and gaining hands-on experience with software modules essential to hospital operations. Performance will be evaluated regularly to assess talent and progress.

Based on performance, the intern may be offered a permanent position with increasing responsibilities in system management, customization, and IT support tailored to hospital needs.

Key skills expected include programming basics, problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to learn software quickly, and communication skills for user support. The intern should show eagerness to learn and adapt to hospital IT requirements with the potential to contribute to software optimization post-probation.
