🔍 About the Role: Sales Head
As Sales Head, you will lead strategic growth for our training and education services across universities, colleges, and corporate partners. Your role will be to drive sales pipelines, manage a high-performing team, and build meaningful client relationships that translate into long-term business.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead institutional sales efforts across geographies
Build, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver on targets
Identify, pitch and close B2B deals with colleges, universities, CSR wings, and HR heads
Develop proposals and deliver solution-based presentations to decision-makers
Drive consultative selling by deeply understanding client needs
Collaborate with content, delivery, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns
Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting via CRM tools
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and education conclaves
