Associate Sales

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently in the field, and a passion for contributing to India’s clean energy revolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in assigned areas to promote and sell solar products
• Work on leads provided by the CHC department and ensure timely follow-ups
• Generate new leads through field visits & local networking
• Explain product details, benefits, and pricing to potential customers
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and sales activities
• Coordinate with all departments for smooth order processing

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate or postgraduate (Master’s degree eligible)
• Must own a

  two-wheeler

  (mandatory)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in field sales, agriculture, or solar preferred
• Knowledge of local area routes
• Smartphone with WhatsApp
• Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Word, AppSheet)
