PW aims to democratize education through online, offline, and hybrid platforms. Initially launched as a YouTube channel in 2014, PW now offers education to students through its YouTube channels in multiple vernacular languages and tech-enabled offline and hybrid centers nationwide. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales position in Bengaluru. The Associate Sales role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their educational needs, and offering appropriate PW solutions. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing feedback to the product development team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to understand and present complex educational products
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Ability to stay updated with the latest educational trends and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
