Reporting Manager  Retrospective Research

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:

• Oversee

  data collation

  ,

  data validation

  , and

  data presentation

   for retrospective oncology studies.
• Ensure

  data readiness within defined timelines

   and maintain

  accuracy and completeness

   of datasets.
• Maintain systematic

  folder organization

   and

  data archiving

   for all ongoing and completed projects.

• Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with

  different departments

   (pathology, radiology, medical oncology, clinical operations, etc.) for timely data collection and verification.

• Distribute tasks

   to data managers based on project requirements and

  ensure completion within deadlines

  .
• Support the

  Project Lead/Manager

   in additional project-related activities as required.

• Scientific and Clinical Support:

• Prepare

  case reports

  ,

  literature reviews

  , and

  data summaries

   for retrospective analyses.
• Create

  PowerPoint presentations

   for

  Virtual Tumor Board meetings

   and other internal or external reviews.
• Track and compile

  NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) data

   related to oncology cases.

• Research and Conference Support:

• Track upcoming oncology conferences

   and identify opportunities for

  abstract submission

   and

  poster/oral presentation

  .
• Support preparation of

  conference materials

  , including data summaries and slide decks.

• Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to

  institutional data governance

  ,

  confidentiality standards

  , and

  ethical guidelines

  .
• Maintain

  data accuracy

  ,

  timeliness

  , and

  quality documentation

   for all retrospective studies.

Qualification:

• Qualification : Bachelor’s Medical Degree/ Equivalent qualification
• Experience: Experience of at least 2 years preferably in oncology

Working Days- Mon- Sat

Working Hrs- 8 hrs

Salary – As per experience and Industry Standards
