Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Relationship Manager-PL to join our team in Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of rural customers under the Rural Unnati program. This role requires a strong understanding of rural banking and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the rural areas of Bihar
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase their engagement with the bank
• Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable products and services
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Rural Unnati program
• Conduct regular market visits and engage with local communities to promote the bank's products and services
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues in a timely manner
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Bihar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in local language and English
