Who Are We Looking For

We re looking for a

Relationship Manager

who can act as the voice and face of marketfeed to our users ensuring they feel supported, confident, and successful throughout their trading journey.

client success, investor relations, or financial advisory

, this role is for you.
What You ll Do

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Build lasting relationships with users and drive their long-term success with marketfeed.
  • Resolve queries promptly and empathetically becoming the user s trusted trading partner.
  • Guide users through market phases and strategy performance cycles (including drawdowns).

User Experience & Insights

  • Gather and share user insights to help our product and tech teams improve user outcomes.
  • Experiment with new ideas to improve user satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

Team Ownership & Growth

  • Mentor junior Relationship Managers and contribute to better team workflows.
  • Create and refine internal SOPs to strengthen process efficiency and customer experience.

Market Expertise & Advisory Thinking

  • Use your knowledge of

    options, equities, and wealth markets

    to simplify complex ideas for users.
  • Handle escalations with calmness and creativity, ensuring a positive user experience.
