Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager-HL Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Retail Banking Department: Retail Banking > Rural Banking > Assets > Mortgages Location: Jagadhari, Haryana, India Job Summary The Associate Relationship Manager-HL will be responsible for managing and growing the Home Loan portfolio in the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the mortgage market, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate leads and increase sales of Home Loans Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences Meet with customers to discuss their Home Loan requirements and provide them with suitable solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of Home Loan applications Monitor and manage the performance of the Home Loan portfolio, including tracking and achieving sales targets Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the mortgage market to provide customers with the best possible advice and solutions Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while carrying out job responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on Home Loans or Mortgages Strong understanding of the mortgage market and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications Knowledge of local language and culture is preferred Additional Parameters Willingness to travel within the assigned region Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High level of integrity and ethical standards If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the mortgage market, we encourage you to apply for the position of Associate Relationship Manager-HL at IDFC FIRST Bank.
