Key Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of the

    security market, investment banking, and the economy

    .
  • Good knowledge of

    Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, stocks, derivatives, and insurance

    products.
  • Familiarity with

    KYC process

    will be an added advantage.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with excellent communication, trust, and professionalism.
  • Understand client’s financial goals to help them

    create wealth, handing & serving portfolios.

  • Prepare

    financial proposals, audit reports, and presentations

    for clients.
  • Execute

    investment orders, insurance operations, and other operational tasks

    .
  • Maintain

    MIS reports (CRM)

    for sales operations, new business, and renewals.
  • Proactively identify

    cross-selling and upselling opportunities

    .
  • Resolve client queries and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Approach potential customers to establish strong and profitable relationships.
  • Ensure

    documentation, data entry, and verification

    of accurate client information.
  • Ensure

    process compliance, discipline, and timely delivery of work

    .



Skills Required

  • Prior

    experience in the Market & Equity domain

    preferred.
  • Strong

    financial and analytical skills

    .
  • Excellent

    communication (written, verbal, and presentation)

    skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Sheets, Excel formulas, and PowerPoint presentations

    .
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a

    “never give up” attitude

    .
  • Passion for wealth creation for clients and alignment with company vision.
  • Ability to work under pressure with dedication and discipline.
  • Strong references for company growth.



Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate with a good academic record.
  • NISM 10A, NISM 12, or NISM V certification

    will be an added advantage.
