Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies, plans, and campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients through direct channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to enhance the effectiveness of your team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing and operations to align strategies and ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor regional sales performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven success in sales management, preferably in life insurance or financial services, with experience leading regional or multi-location teams.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and guide sales teams toward achieving organizational goals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

  • Negotiation & Sales Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in closing deals and handling key client relationships.
  • Integrity: High ethical standards and compliance with industry and organizational regulations.
